We are currently taking new patients. Please call us first to schedule a new-patient appointment; provider availability can vary, and our staff will help you find the right next step.
After your appointment is scheduled, please complete your new patient packet before the visit and arrive at least 30 minutes early so there is time to finish registration.
We believe good medical care begins with open communication. We will speak candidly with you about your symptoms, your diagnosis, treatment options, and our recommendations.
Bring to your first visit
- Your insurance card and a photo ID
- A list of your current medications and dosages — or simply bring the bottles
- Results of any related medical or laboratory tests
